The staff - caring and efficient. A nice size and brand-new room available with balcony, 2 TVs. The good service combined with the amazing food. No charge for wake up service and ironing too...

i stayed here for 7 nights, the hotel was relaxing, with favourable and excellent location so close to all the major shopping centres and beaches and the best seminyak restaurants and beach clubs like potato

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful resort in Seminyak. The villa I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with a separate kitchen area and bedroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the layout of the room. The bathroom had both 

the whole complex of the room, bathroom, terrace, garden and plunge pool was lovely.

The staff were very nice and smiley but also rather incompetent.

1)The villa cleanliness 2) The privacy 3) The wide variety of selections for breakfast

1) too many lizards 2) the TV was placed in a rather odd angle where we can't have a good view of the TV if we were lying on the bed (one person will be blocking the other person) or sitting on the sofa - maybe need to consider re-arranging the furniture a little - just a suggestion 3) The pressure of the jacuzzi in the swimming pool can be more powerful

The hotel is located in a particularly good and magnificent location, close to the main Seminyak walking area. Our villa was well-equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 TVs, and a shower as advertised. 

Friendly staff and a fabulous location close to breakfast spots. 🌞 The restaurant offers a wide variety of breakfast options.

The hotel was conveniently located, close to popular restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, even when we arrived late. Two great amenities were the private pool and spacious room.

The breakfast options were a bit limited. , we had to deal with some insects, although the hotel provided repellent to use inside.

It was very quite and very relaxing.The place was nice and comfy.

The foods on the menu sometime finish.Should provide atleast a motorcycle so that couples can move around the area easier.
